BLUE LINE EXTERIOR CLEANING LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Effective Date: October 10, 2026 Last Updated: October 10, 2026 Business Name: Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC Business Address: 2807 N Parham Rd, Ste 320 #7875, Henrico, Virginia 23294, USA Website: https://bluelineexterior-cleaning.online Business Email: customservice@bluelinexterior-cleaning.com ________________________________________ 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC ("Blue Line," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website, your requests for estimates, your scheduling of services, and any exterior-cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, approving a service estimate, or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to the provisions applicable to your transaction. A separate written estimate, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional terms specific to your project. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control only to the extent of the conflict. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or schedule our services. 2. OUR SERVICES Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC provides exterior-cleaning services that may include, but are not limited to: •Residential house washing. •Low-pressure soft washing where appropriate. •Concrete and driveway cleaning. •Sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces. •Fence cleaning. •Exterior surface cleaning. •Appropriate chemical treatments and cleaning solutions. •Other exterior-cleaning services described in an approved estimate. The services available for a particular property depend on the surface material, its condition, accessibility, water availability, and other relevant circumstances. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a service when we reasonably determine that performing it could create an unacceptable safety risk, cause avoidable property damage, or fall outside the scope of our equipment or expertise. 3. ESTIMATES, QUOTES, AND PRICING All estimates are based on the information available when the estimate is prepared, including the property's apparent condition, approximate size, surface type, accessibility, and requested services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing: 1.Estimates are not guaranteed final prices if the scope of work or site conditions materially change. 2.Additional services require customer approval before we perform them. 3.Significant changes in the property's condition or service requirements may require a revised estimate. 4.Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be disclosed as required by law. 5.An estimate does not constitute a confirmed appointment until scheduling requirements have been satisfied. Examples of conditions that may affect pricing include excessive buildup, heavy organic growth, difficult access, unusually delicate surfaces, and additional areas not included in the original estimate. We will communicate material price changes and obtain approval before proceeding with additional chargeable work. 4. SCHEDULING, WEATHER, AND ACCESS Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, equipment requirements, and the scope of work. Because exterior cleaning is affected by weather, we may reschedule services due to rain, lightning, high winds, freezing conditions, extreme temperatures, unsafe surfaces, equipment issues, or other circumstances that make the work unsafe or impractical. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes. Customers must provide reasonable access to the areas included in the service agreement. This may include access to gates, driveways, exterior water connections, and other areas necessary to complete the work. If we cannot access the property or perform the agreed services because of an issue within the customer's control, additional scheduling fees may apply only if disclosed in advance and permitted by law. 5. PAYMENT TERMS AND ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC accepts various forms of payment for services, provided the payment method is lawful, can be reasonably verified, and is accepted by the Company. 5.1 Accepted Forms of Payment Depending on the circumstances and the Company's approval, accepted payment methods may include: •Cash. •Credit and debit cards. •Electronic payments and bank transfers. •Approved digital payment services. •Money orders and cashier's checks. •Other lawful forms of payment or consideration approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine which payment methods it can reasonably accept and process. 5.2 Required Monetary Value All payments must have an accepted monetary value equal to or greater than the total amount owed for the services provided. The Company may consider alternative forms of payment or non-cash consideration, including property, goods, or services, provided that the Company expressly agrees to accept them and that their value is reasonably established and sufficient to satisfy the outstanding invoice. The Company is not obligated to accept any particular form of payment, barter arrangement, property, goods, or services without its prior approval. 5.3 Payment Verification and Completion Payment is considered complete when the Company has received and verified the agreed payment or consideration and the applicable invoice has been satisfied. The Company may refuse payments that cannot be reasonably verified, are subject to unresolved disputes, appear fraudulent, or cannot lawfully be accepted. Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balance until the agreed payment obligation has been satisfied. 5.4 Excess Payment Value If the Company agrees to accept payment with a monetary value greater than the outstanding invoice, the treatment of the excess value—including any applicable refund, credit, or other arrangement—must be agreed upon by the Company and the customer in advance. No additional payment or consideration will be required beyond the amount agreed upon unless the customer approves additional services or another lawful charge applies. 5.5 Deposits, Invoices, and Additional Charges Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: •Customers must pay the approved service price according to the payment instructions provided. •Any deposit or advance payment must be disclosed before the customer agrees to pay it. •Additional services must be approved before they are performed and charged. •Any applicable late-payment charges must be disclosed in advance and comply with Virginia law. The Company will not impose unauthorized charges or fees prohibited by applicable law. 6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation fee, deposit-retention provision, or rescheduling charge must be disclosed in the applicable agreement before the customer becomes obligated to pay it. We may cancel or reschedule an appointment when weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, property conditions, or other reasonable circumstances prevent us from completing the work as planned. If we cancel a service and do not provide the service for which the customer has paid, we will address any applicable refund in accordance with the service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that customers may have under applicable law. 7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES Before work begins, customers agree to take reasonable steps to prepare the property and communicate relevant information. Where applicable, customers should: 1.Ensure that we have permission to access and clean the property. 2.Secure pets and keep children and other occupants away from active work areas. 3.Close windows and doors. 4.Remove or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, cushions, and other movable belongings from the work area. 5.Identify known leaks, damaged surfaces, loose materials, failing paint, or other existing property defects. 6.Identify sensitive plants, delicate materials, special coatings, or areas requiring special handling. 7.Notify us of known electrical hazards, water-access issues, or other relevant safety concerns. 8.Provide accurate information about the requested work. Customers must not knowingly provide misleading information about property conditions or authorize work on property they do not have the right to have cleaned. We will exercise reasonable care in performing our services. Customer preparation requirements do not eliminate our responsibility for damage caused by our own negligence or other legally actionable conduct. 8. PRESSURE-WASHING RISKS AND SURFACE CONDITIONS Exterior cleaning involves water pressure, water runoff, cleaning agents, and equipment that may affect certain materials and surrounding areas. Depending on the surface and its condition, potential risks may include: •Damage to deteriorated wood, loose paint, or failing finishes. •Water intrusion through existing gaps, damaged seals, open windows, or defective weatherproofing. •Damage to fragile, improperly installed, or deteriorated materials. •Displacement of loose sand, jointing material, or other surface components. •Changes in the appearance of aged, stained, oxidized, or weathered materials. •Temporary disturbance to landscaping or surrounding areas. •Incomplete removal of certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, or embedded contaminants. We will select cleaning methods and equipment appropriate to the service and reasonably assessable surface conditions. Where appropriate, we may recommend soft washing or another lower-pressure method rather than direct high-pressure cleaning. Customers acknowledge that cleaning cannot guarantee the restoration of every surface to a like-new condition. Results depend on the material, the nature of the staining, previous treatments, age, and existing damage. Nothing in these Terms waives responsibility for damage caused by our negligence, willful misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. 9. CLEANING CHEMICALS AND LANDSCAPING Some services may require cleaning solutions or other treatment products selected for the applicable surface. We will use products and application methods appropriate to the work, subject to product instructions and applicable requirements. Customers should notify us before work begins if the property contains sensitive plants, specialty finishes, nearby water features, animals, or other conditions that may require special precautions. We will take reasonable precautions to protect surrounding property and vegetation, including appropriate rinsing and other measures when warranted by the products and conditions involved. No cleaning method can guarantee that every plant, finish, or surrounding surface will remain unaffected under all conditions. However, this provision does not excuse damage resulting from our failure to exercise reasonable care. 10. WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND PROPERTY ACCESS Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must identify available water connections and provide reasonable access to the service areas. Customers must disclose known problems with water connections, plumbing, electrical equipment, exterior outlets, and other relevant property systems. We may decline to use a connection or access point that appears unsafe, defective, or unsuitable for the work. Any special arrangements concerning water supply, access restrictions, or additional equipment will be discussed with the customer before work begins when reasonably practicable. 11. BEFORE-AND-AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS We may take photographs of surfaces or areas being cleaned for documentation, quality control, estimating, and records relating to the service. We will obtain the customer's permission before using identifiable photographs of the customer's property for public promotional purposes, including our website, social media, advertisements, or other marketing materials, except where another lawful basis applies. Customers who grant promotional permission may withdraw that permission for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not necessarily require removal of materials already printed, distributed, or lawfully published before the withdrawal, but we will consider reasonable requests concerning content that remains under our control. We will not intentionally publish personal information, private interiors, or identifying property details for marketing purposes without appropriate authorization. 12. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE CONCERNS We want customers to be satisfied with the services we provide. If you believe that a service was incomplete or that a problem occurred, please contact us promptly at: Email: customservice@bluelinexterior-cleaning.com Please provide your name, service address, appointment date, a description of the concern, and any relevant photographs. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, arrange an inspection or discuss reasonable corrective measures. Nothing in this section requires a customer to waive legal rights, accept an inadequate remedy, or give up the right to pursue a valid claim. 13. DAMAGE CLAIMS Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering property damage they believe was caused by our work. We may request photographs, an opportunity to inspect the affected area, and information about the property's condition before service. We will investigate reported concerns in good faith and work toward an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, the available evidence, the applicable agreement, and the law. Customers should take reasonable steps to prevent further damage when safe to do so. This section does not shorten any applicable statutory limitation period or eliminate any legal rights or remedies. 14. REFUNDS AND SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Refund eligibility depends on the services purchased, the work performed, the circumstances of the request, the applicable service agreement, and governing law. Where appropriate, we may offer a reasonable correction, return visit, price adjustment, or refund. No provision in these Terms is intended to eliminate a refund or other remedy required by law. Customers should contact us directly to discuss a concern before initiating a payment dispute, when reasonably practicable. This request does not restrict any lawful rights concerning payment disputes or chargebacks. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from a service or website transaction when such exclusions are legally enforceable. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited, personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these Terms makes a customer responsible for damage caused by our negligence or other legally actionable conduct. Any enforceable limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with applicable Virginia law and the facts of the particular transaction. 16. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for losses or claims arising from their own unlawful conduct, material misrepresentations, or unauthorized instructions, where those actions cause harm to us or others. Customers are not required to indemnify us for losses to the extent they result from our negligence, willful misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which indemnification would be unlawful. Any indemnification obligation will be interpreted narrowly and in accordance with applicable law. 17. WEBSITE USE Our website is intended to provide information about our business, services, estimates, scheduling, and available payment options. Users agree not to: •Use the website for unlawful purposes. •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems. •Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized payment information. •Interfere with the website's security or operation. •Copy or misuse our website content, branding, or materials in violation of applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item of website content will always be error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features as reasonably necessary. 18. ONLINE PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Our website may use third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, or related functions. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures. Where applicable, customers should review the relevant third-party terms before using their services. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim responsibility for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law or an agreement with the customer. 19. PRIVACY We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may be used as reasonably necessary to: •Respond to inquiries and estimate requests. •Schedule and provide services. •Process payments. •Communicate about appointments and customer concerns. •Maintain business records. •Improve our website and services. •Conduct advertising and analytics activities as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. •Meet legal, accounting, safety, and regulatory obligations. Customers should review our Privacy Policy at our website for additional information about data collection, use, sharing, retention, and applicable privacy rights. 20. CHRISTIAN MISSION AND BUSINESS VALUES Blue Line Exterior Cleaning LLC was established with a purpose greater than business alone. Our mission is to honor Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, through our work, our conduct, and the way we serve others. We believe our abilities and opportunities are entrusted to us by God, and we seek to use them in a manner that glorifies Him. We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to serve our neighbors with honesty, diligence, humility, and excellence while recognizing Jesus Christ as Lord over every aspect of our lives, including our business. Colossians 3:23 (KJV) states: "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." Matthew 5:16 (KJV) states: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." These principles express our business's faith and purpose. They do not replace the specific contractual obligations in these Terms or alter the legal rights of customers under applicable law. 21. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise. The parties should first make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve service-related concerns through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law in a court with proper jurisdiction. Nothing in this section waives any nonwaivable consumer protection, venue, or procedural right. 22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, website, or legal obligations. The revised version will display an updated revision date. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law. Material changes affecting an existing service agreement will not retroactively alter that agreement unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Customers should review the current version before making a new booking or purchase. 23. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible. 24. NO WAIVER Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be consistent with applicable law. 25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, together with the applicable approved estimate, invoice, service agreement, and Privacy Policy, describe the terms governing the relevant services and website use. Any project-specific agreement will control over these Terms only where an actual conflict exists and only to the extent stated in that agreement. Nothing in this section excludes rights or obligations imposed by law. 26.
